Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability Form

I hereby agree to the following:

1.     That I am participating in a class / course / webinar (hereinafter referred to as “content”) offered by Pranjul Tandon and/or Ready.Baby.Go. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Instructor”) during which I will receive information and instructions about various fitness / wellness regimes (hereinafter referred to as “Advice”) intended for me and/or my child (hereinafter referred to as “Recipients”). I recognize that the Advice may require some physical exertion which may be strenuous to the recipients and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involves.

2.     In consideration of being permitted to participate in the class / course, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages known or unknown which the recipients might incur as the result of the advice given.

3.     In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the class / course, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the Instructor for any injury or damage that the recipients may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

4.     I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents as also the general terms and conditions of admission. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
